Buying, Shipping, & Return Policies

Payment

For payment, Peps Parts will accept money orders, PayPal payments, and credit cards through PayPal. International payments may also be made through PayPal in US funds. Pink international money orders payable in US funds only will also be accepted.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail or by UPS Ground Insured. Smaller orders are shipped in a bubble envelope by insured first class mail. All shipments to addresses in the U.S. include insurance, so there are no worries about loss or damage -- you're protected.

International Shipping Information is available upon request.

Returns

Returns will be accepted with pre-approval within three days of receiving an item; however there are no returns for installed parts or buyer remorse. Contact Peps Parts for return shipment instructions.

Damaged/Lost Items

Items damaged in shipping or considered lost in shipping must be reported to us immediately so that a claim can be filed promptly with the respective shipper.

Refunds

All refunds must be preapproved and shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our mistake. Refunds are typically made via PayPal. Refunds will be given once the part(s) are returned, inspected, and found be in re-saleable condition.
